Hi, My name is Cinthya Holder

I was born and raised in Venezuela but started my exodus in 2019 due to the crisis in the country and the anti-LGBT+ environment .

Though I am an accountant , I fell in love with the coffee world a long time ago and have since been working and studying to bring the customer the best experience possible with great drinks and food.

I am a Barista, internationally certified by the SCAA with some culinary training, which (in addition to loving making people feel great) have given me the skills to master hospitality.

In 2015 my dream of opening a Cafe/Bistro came alive by opening my shop called Briu (like Brew), we had great success and became emblematic in the community. Unfortunately we had to close in 2018 due to the crisis in the country, but I always knew, eventually I'd find a way to bring it back.

I Fast forward to 2021, Briu has now transformed from a shop into a mobile station, this way I can bring an amazing experience to your set, event, or wherever you need us.

In my opinion, hospitality is making someone feel comfortable in your presence, and that's exactly what I want to achieve with Briu!
